After 10 years, the Sage Yoga & Wellness physical studio has closed due to pressures of the pandemic.

You can find our teachers and the community by joining the Sage Yoga Community Satang on Facebook. We are STILL continuing on with our trainings and yoga school.

200 hr Yoga Teacher Training

Begins August 20, 2021

Our Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Training is designed to assist you on your journey of Self-Awakening.

  • Connect to true essence of your being
  • Explore the age-old inquiries of “Who am I?” “What am I?” “Why am I here?”
  • Develop tools for healing and self-resourcing
  • Learn how to lead a skillful, thoughtful, safe and inspiring yoga class
  • Discover the best version of your evolving Self.

This training is part Module (5 weekends) and part Immersion (12 days in Mexico). Uniquely designed for the current times, we will gather for the first half of our training in Boise, ID and finish together in person on the sacred land of Teotihuacan, Mexico.

Our modules of Yoga and Social Sensemaking and Trauma-Informed Yoga will give you the skills and awareness needed to be an inclusive, sensitive and humble yoga teacher for our modern landscape. We also honor our ancient yoga traditions by teaching you the tantric, energetic and psychospiritual aspects of this path of self-awakening. Our Anatomy and Physiology module will help you become a knowledgable and safe posture guide while also learning the art of pointing students to their own personal inquiry of present-moment Self.

You will begin with our cohort in Boise, ID, attending 5 weekend modules from August – January.

Over the 6 months you will learn how to teach the yoga postures in our Monthly Practice Labs at Source Meditation | Space.

In February you will finish your training in an Immersion in Teotihuacan, Mexico lead by Marisa Radha Weppner and Rainbow Eric.
