Yoga Therapy with Lori Tindall
Private instruction tailored to the individual needs of the student. Students can experience their yoga practice more fully and to relax, calm, and center their minds. Students with specific injuries, illnesses, or those wanting individual instruction are welcome as sessions are adjusted to fit individual needs. Practices may include: yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, mantra, & holistic nutrition. Yoga therapy is appropriate for all levels, beginners to intermediate-advanced students.
