“Thank you for being my yoga home while I was on my work assignment in Boise. I LOVED your studio!!! Every instructor (and I sampled a lot) was extremely good at voice cues, hands on adjustments and challenging me to stretch my capabilities. If I am ever in Boise again, I will definitely stop in for a class.” ~ Vicki S.
“The teachers at Sage offer a depth of instruction that spans from scientific knowledge of the body to playful experimentation, to meditation. Every day is fresh and there’s always something new to try. While the best reason to attend Sage is the amazing classes; one could easily go just to hang out in their beautiful studio. Ascending the hardwood stairs in this historic downtown building, the energy of 8th Street fades and you enter an urban oasis. Sage is bathed in light and always full of soft, familiar conversation. If you love yoga, this studio is definitely worth a try.” ~ Morgan M.
“Just wanted to let you know that I moved…I really enjoyed Sage yoga, the teachers and studio. Thanks for making it a such a nice home away from home. Vinyasa yoga was a new and fun style of practice.” ~ Jodi S.
